During an annual termite inspection, Kilter Termite & Pest Control had identified that there had been rats in our attic recently. Marcellas did a thorough inspection and educated us on the extent of our rodent problem and recommendations. Anthony was here today for rodent exclusion. He did a thorough job of carefully checking for any place where rodents could enter our unit—in the attic space, atrium, garage, an outdoor closet, on the roof, and other external surfaces. He securely sealed 10 potential entry points on the roof and in the atrium and set traps in the attic for monitoring. He is skilled and experienced in his work and took the time to answer all our questions, often showing us pictures of what he found and informing us on how he would address it. All Kilter employees we've had contact with have been knowledgeable, professional, and personable, from Simon who identified the issue, Marcellas who did the rodent inspection, and Anthony who performed the rodent exclusion.
