In addition to the standard 25+ pest covered by most pest control plans like ants and spiders - we include all those standard pests PLUS Interior Mice, Cockroaches and Fleas - all for $52/month with UNLIMITED free re-treatments!!! This makes Pest Shield™ the best value in pest control.
How Pest Shield™ works: We designed this treatment after 30+ years of battling Southern California's pest populations. We wanted an affordable plan that actually solves your pest problems. Pest Shield™ does that. Once signed up, we will schedule the treatments based on your needs and availability.
Here is the Pest Shield™ schedule:
- 1st Visit: Our famous interior / exterior pest blast: This treatment is designed to shock the pests but won’t disrupt your family or pets. Good pest service controls the pests, without much disruption to your schedule.
- 2nd Visit: 30-40 Day Follow Up: This follow-up doubles down on your initial treatment and puts Kilter in control of the pest populations.
Recurring schedule: Exterior maintenance visits are scheduled quarterly moving forward. These treatments are designed to maintain the protective barrier around your home. These visits are vital to keeping pest populations at bay. At any time, you can request an extra interior treatment at no additional charge.

Pest Shield™ pricing is only available to residential customers. Multi-Unit / Commercial properties can get a quote HERE. Annual agreement and auto pay required. After the initial 2 visits, Pest Shield™ is billed monthly but scheduled quarterly with unlimited free retreatments.

No, our pricing is completely transparent. Your initial charge is based on your needs. If it just standard pest control, then your initial charge is $156, and your monthly cost is $52.

Yes. We want to earn your long-term business, not use a contract to force you to stay. The only reason we require a signed agreement on file is the recurring auto pay. We need the agreement to show you approved the charges, but every Kilter Pest Control agreement says you may cancel anytime.

Free termite inspections, “Stay in Your Home” termite treatments, Fumigations (termite tenting), Free Rodent Inspections, Rodent control, Wood repair & replacement, insulation services, free bed bug inspections, bed bug heat or spray treatments + every type of commercial pest service.

You have a couple of options. Pest Shield™ begins on a Quarterly service schedule with free, unlimited re-treatments. During the months we are not scheduled to treat your home, call for free re-treatments. Turn your quarterly schedule into a monthly schedule. The only catch is that you must call and schedule the re-treatments. If you want us to schedule monthly, then you’d need to sign up for our Monthly service plan, which is $69/month.

Yes, but then it’s our standard Quarterly plan and not Pest Shield™, which means you’d lose the $50 discount & the coverage for interior roaches, fleas, and mice.

Several reasons: 1) By paying monthly, you save $50 every 3 months (quarterly plans start at $206 per quarter) 2) Pest Shield™ customers receive big discounts on add on services like bait boxes (50% off) or mosquito service(15% off) 3) Convenience – by breaking the payment into monthly payments it’s a smaller charge vs paying all at once each quarter
